Georgia is a Personal Trainer and S&C coach with over 7 years experience working with female athletes.

"I've always loved Rugby, but unfortunately like many girls I was never given the opportunity to play it at school and in the end didn't start playing until my late twenties.

Now though, I can see clearly where the women's game is lacking in terms of support and training - so that I can help my athletes get the support they really need to take their rugby to the next level!

It is my mission to help bridge the gap between grass-roots and professional level rugby so that young players, coming up through their clubs have a clear path as to how to get their dream starting position for their dream team.
